SPECIAL NOTICE / INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE CSU ABL90 Blood Gas Analyzer Service and Maintenance

The Billings Area Indian Health Service is issuing a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Radiometer America, Inc. for the service and maintenance of the ABL90 Blood Gas Analyzer located in the CSU Lab Department at the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital in Crow Agency, Montana. The contract will be a firm fixed price service and support agreement with a period of performance from April 01, 2026 through March 31, 2027 and each option year to start on the 1st of April of each year and run until March 31st of each year. The total estimated value of the contract is around $25,000.00. • The contract is for a commercially available off the shelf (COTS) service and support agreement. • The contract is to provide a firm fixed price service and support agreement for the ABL90 Blood Gas Analyzer. • The contract has a period of performance from April 01, 2026 through March 31, 2027 and each option year to start on the 1st of April of each year and run until March 31st of each year. • The total estimated value of the contract is around $25,000.00.
