Description
Mastery Charter Schools is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver full‑service HVAC and mechanical maintenance for six of its Camden, NJ campuses for the 2026‑2027 school year. The contract covers reactive repairs, 24/7 emergency response, preventive maintenance reporting, and compliance with all applicable codes. Pricing must be submitted in detailed tables covering labor rates, material mark‑ups, service fees, not‑to‑exceed thresholds, and optional pricing models. The vendor must provide EPA‑certified, licensed technicians and meet small‑business preference requirements.
• Service scope: repair, emergency response, preventive maintenance for RTUs, boilers, chillers, AHUs, VFDs, controls, etc. across six school sites.
• Contract term: July 1 2026 – June 30 2027 with up to two one‑year extensions.
