Golden Age Nursing Home Large Meter Replacement

The Golden Age Nursing Home Large Meter Replacement project involves the replacement of large meters at the nursing home. The project requires the bidder to furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment, and to perform the work of construction according to the Contract Documents. The bidder must agree to commence work on or before the date specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" and to fully complete the project within the number of consecutive calendar days as set forth in the Contract Documents. The bidder must also provide a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid, but not to exceed $10,000. • The project requires the bidder to visit the site and inform themselves fully of the conditions at the site relating to the completion of the project. • The bidder must provide a list of subcontractors and material and equipment suppliers within 10 business days after award of contract. • The bidder must carry the types and amounts of insurance specified in the Project Supplemental Conditions, Section J.4, as enclosed herein for the full term of the Contract. • The contract award shall be within 90 days of date of receipt of bids. • The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities.
