MECHANIC SHOP AND OFFICE HEATING SYSTEM REPLACEMENT

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for the replacement of the existing heating system at the Dubois Office/Mechanic Shop. The project includes the decommissioning and removal of the existing Co-Ray-Vac system, installation of a new radiant tube heating system, modifications to the old office forced-air unit ductwork and furnace, and installation of a horizontal propane operated forced-air heating and air conditioning system. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing a comprehensive 2-year warranty on all workmanship, labor, and materials. • The project requires the installation of six Modine TLP125-40 radiant units (or approved equivalent) with a minimum 550,000 BTU total capacity. • The project includes electrical, gas piping, and control system upgrades to support new equipment. • The contractor must provide equipment manuals, warranty certificates, and owner training (if required). • The contractor must coordinate all warranty service during the manufacturer warranty period. • The project requires compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), local and State of Wyoming building codes, mechanical and fuel gas codes, and manufacturer installation guidelines.
