Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC preventive maintenance services for its offices in Honolulu, Lihue, and Kahului. The contract will have a base period of one year, with four optional one-year extensions. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for HVAC preventive maintenance.
• The contractor must provide monthly and annual pricing for each base and option year.
• The contractor must submit quotes electronically via email to [email protected].
• A site visit is highly recommended but not required.
• The contractor must acknowledge receipt of any amendments to the solicitation prior to the hour and date specified for receipt of offers.
