Budget estimate

$15,000 – $35,000

The contract does not publish a budget, but typical costs for magnetic ID cards range from $0.50 to $1.50 per card, plus mounting, packaging, and shipping. For 20,000 cards, the base material cost could be $10,000‑$30,000. Adding mounting, labeling, and logistics might add $5,000‑$10,000, yielding a total contract value roughly between $15,000 and $35,000. Factors influencing the final amount include the chosen printing method (offset vs. digital), economies of scale on the magnetic substrate, and shipping distance to Florida.
