Description
The City of South Fulton is seeking a qualified firm to provide fire apparatus refurbishment, rehabilitation, diagnostic, overhaul, repair, modernization, and return-to-service support for City-owned Fire Rescue apparatus on an as-needed basis. The selected firm will be responsible for restoring operational readiness, improving reliability, extending service life, reducing out-of-service time, and maintaining compliance with applicable safety and operational standards. The contract will be for a period of one year with the option to renew for up to three additional years.
• The firm must have experience in fire apparatus refurbishment and rehabilitation.
• The firm must have the necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance to perform the work.
• The firm must be able to provide a detailed scope of work, including timelines and milestones.
• The firm must be able to provide a detailed breakdown of costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• The firm must be able to provide references from previous clients.
