Description
The Hawaii State Department of Health is seeking a qualified applicant to provide event coordination services for the Home Visiting Services Unit. The selected vendor will be responsible for coordinating eight meetings, including four All-Model meetings and four Home Visiting Advisory Committee & Hawaii Home Visiting Network meetings. The vendor must have at least five years of experience in coordinating meetings and small events, and must be licensed to conduct business in the state of Hawaii. The contract period will extend from March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027.
• The vendor will work closely with the assigned MCHB representative to ensure all tasks are executed efficiently and in alignment with program goals.
• The vendor will coordinate with the DOT to assure space availability at the IIACC on behalf of the HVSU.
• The vendor will oversee on-site logistics, including event setup, vendor coordination, and participant support.
• The vendor will provide invoices within 45 days of each meeting.
