RE-RFP # 40 OF 2026 - VoIP PHONE SYSTEM / SERVICE FOR THE ERIE COUNTY PRISON

The County of Erie is seeking a vendor to provide a VoIP phone system and service for the Erie County Prison. The system should include 85 desktop phones, 1 wireless phone, 2 wall-mounted phones, and other features such as unlimited local and nationwide calling, soft phone capability, and integration with the existing overhead paging system. The vendor should provide a 36-month service contract, hardware, installation, training, and maintenance and support. The evaluation criteria include total project price, monthly recurring price per extension, proposed hardware quality and features, proximity to Erie County facilities, references, and detailed statement of work. • The system should be installed within a 2-week period. • The vendor should provide onsite training sessions and online computer-based training. • The vendor should demonstrate minimal downtime/disruption and have data center redundancy with instant failover. • The vendor should provide software updates and enhancements throughout the full term of the contract.
