Description
The State of Missouri is seeking vendors to provide building supplies for various state agencies throughout the state. The contract will be for a period of one year, and the state reserves the right to issue additional solicitations to add more contractors subsequent to the initial award of contract(s). Vendors must be registered in MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS, and must achieve "Approved" registration status to be considered for a contract award. The state agency requesting quotes for purchases over $10,000.01 will notify all awarded contractors for the specific category(ies) within each applicable city needed and request submittal of a competitive quote response.
Some key points to consider:
• The state agency may make an in-store/online purchase of building supplies products from any QVL contractor located in the city nearest the state facility which the building supplies are required.
• Quote requests are allowable but not required for purchases equal to or less than $10,000.00.
• The state agency will request written quotes or utilize alternative printed documentation from all awarded contractors for the specific category(ies) within each applicable city needed.
• The QVL contractor shall understand and agree that all terms and conditions of the contract shall apply to all quote requests for Statewide Building Supplies QVL.
