Annual Purchase for Maintenance of Forward Looking Infrared Video Management System

Tarrant County is requesting bids for an annual maintenance agreement for the Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) Video Management System installed at various Tarrant County buildings. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder that meets or exceeds specifications. The initial term of the contract will be for 12 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The contractor will be required to provide a FLIR Platinum Support Service Agreement (SSA) for the installed system, including software version upgrades, service packs, hot fixes, and firmware updates. The contractor will also be required to provide quarterly preventive maintenance inspections and reports, and to respond to service calls within 24 hours. • Key responsibilities include: • Providing a FLIR Platinum SSA for the installed system • Performing quarterly preventive maintenance inspections and reports • Responding to service calls within 24 hours • Providing a list of all cameras added during the year • Updating and submitting required documents during the initial solicitation • Meeting all safety and health regulations required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration • Complying with all regulations and codes of the Federal, State, and Municipal departments having jurisdiction
