Description
The Office of Residence Life and Housing at Morgan State University requires a contractor to provide preventative maintenance, repairs, and limited renovations across multiple residence hall facilities during Summer 2026. The scope of work includes maintenance and repairs within student rooms and common areas, HVAC servicing, and preventative maintenance of residence hall bathrooms. The contractor will also complete targeted renovation projects within designated residence director apartments. The project must be completed by July 31, 2026.
