Description
The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive electrical construction, maintenance, testing, and repair services for its production and treatment facilities across Bexar County. The work includes high‑, medium‑, and low‑voltage electrical systems such as motor control centers, switchgear, breakers, protective relays, variable frequency drives, motors, wiring, and related equipment. Services also cover preventive maintenance, infrared thermography, ultrasonic inspection, power quality analysis, arc‑flash studies, and both energized and de‑energized work as directed by SAWS. The contract is annual, with a 90‑day acceptance period after bid opening, and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
