This RFI seeks market research on companies capable of providing drayage (local freight) and warehouse augmentation services for U.S. Army furniture and appliance distribution across multiple sites in Germany (and potentially Poland). The work includes receiving, cleaning, inventorying, and preparing government‑owned items for re‑issue, ensuring German certification compliance for installation crews, maintaining staffing levels, handling short‑notice and bulk requests, and providing insurance and damage‑claim processes.
