Rowan University is seeking an on‑call vendor to provide comprehensive signage services—including design, fabrication, and installation—across multiple campus locations. The contract will be an IDIQ arrangement, allowing the university to issue task orders as signage needs arise throughout the contract term. Vendors must submit hourly rates for labor categories, demonstrate compliance with New Jersey prevailing‑wage and insurance requirements, and provide all mandatory procurement documentation.
• Scope: Conceptual and detailed design, material fabrication, and on‑site installation of interior and exterior signage.
• Contract term: One‑year initial period (ending 06/30/2027) with up to two optional one‑year renewals.
