Description
The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing is seeking a vendor to provide manual address validation services for the Health First Colorado (Colorado Medicaid) program. The selected vendor will be responsible for verifying and updating the addresses and phone numbers of Health First Colorado members. The vendor will need to provide a web-based platform and telephony services to support the address validation process. The contract is expected to last for 24 months, with an option to extend for an additional year. The vendor will be required to provide monthly reports on the progress of the address validation process, including the number of requests completed, the number of updated addresses and phone numbers, and any errors or issues encountered.
