Vehicle Toll Management Services

The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) is seeking information from contractors who can provide vehicle toll management services. The services should include a centralized electronic toll collection account management service, transponder equipment capable of covering all tollways in the United States and Puerto Rico, payment of tolls and fees, customer support, and internet-based reporting and billing systems. The contractor will be required to provide monthly status reports, spending reports by state, toll data summarized by vehicle, and utilization and billing reports. The contract will be for a period of one year with four one-year options. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and services to perform the toll management services. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must be able to provide customer support to DCMA users. • The contractor must be able to provide internet-based reporting and billing systems. • The contractor must be able to track and certify toll transactions and toll violation charges.
