Cartwin Pro Licenses and Support

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source award with Manthei-Mess-Systeme of Germany for the purchase of one CartwinPro 4 license for installation on 26 computers. The ATF requires CartWinPro to continue support for their existing 28 copies and to purchase 26 new licenses.
