Description
The State of North Carolina, Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking a vendor to provide an Enterprise Software License and Annual Enterprise Support and Maintenance for Aeroscout MobileView with temperature monitoring, asset tracking, and staff protection. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The vendor will be required to provide the software and support for three DHHS facilities: Broughton Hospital, Cherry Hospital, and the Walter B. Jones Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Center.
• The software must be compatible with the State's existing infrastructure and meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation.
• The vendor must provide a completed Vendor Readiness Assessment Report (VRAR) at the time of offer submission.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and security standards.
• The vendor must provide notice of any relocation of work outside the United States during the contract term.
• The vendor must assign all applicable third-party warranties for deliverables to the State.
