Description
The U.S. Senate, Sergeant at Arms (SAA) is seeking a quote for a 12-month base year to provide Workspace ONE subscription(s) and support services. The offeror must be an authorized Omnissa Workspace ONE reseller. The quote should include firm-fixed-prices, end user license agreements, and contract terms and conditions. The SAA reserves the right to reject the entire quotation if any required RFQ line items are missing.
• The offeror must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The offeror must supply products directly from the OEM, OEM authorized distributors, or OEM authorized distribution channels in the USA only.
• The offeror must provide an OEM Statement of Compliance verifying that they are following Section 208 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2020.
• The SAA will make one award, if any, on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.
