Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Juvenile Justice, is seeking bids for the replacement of a chiller at the Campbell County Youth Development Center in Newport, Kentucky. The contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of the existing chiller, providing a temporary chiller, and installing a new chiller that meets the specified requirements. The project will be subject to various codes and regulations, including the International Mechanical Code, ASHRAE, and the Kentucky Building Code.
• The contractor must provide all materials and perform all work described in the specifications and drawings.
• The contractor must remove and take ownership of the existing chiller and make legal and lawful disposal of it.
• The contractor must provide a temporary chiller while the existing chiller is removed and a new chiller is installed.
• The contractor must comply with the Owner's preferred daily work schedule and notify the Owner of any outages or damages to utilities.
