This solicitation awards a one‑year, competitively sealed‑bid contract (with up to four optional one‑year renewals) for on‑call electrical repair, preventative maintenance, and installation services across a wide range of Gwinnett County facilities. The contractor must provide 24×7 emergency response, meet strict response‑time metrics, maintain a fleet of at least ten fully stocked service vehicles, and staff a minimum of six licensed electricians, including a Level I Infrared Thermography certified technician.
