The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Spokane Healthcare System is seeking a vendor to provide wheelchair transportation services for patients and staff across its facilities. The contract will cover scheduled and on‑demand wheelchair lifts and transfers, ensuring compliance with VA safety and accessibility standards. The vendor must have appropriate vehicles, trained personnel, and the ability to respond to service requests promptly throughout the Spokane region.
• Provide wheelchair‑compatible transport for VA patients, staff, and equipment within the Spokane Healthcare System.
• Operate 24/7 or as defined in the contract to meet urgent and routine transport needs.
• Maintain vehicles that meet VA safety, sanitation, and accessibility requirements.
• Submit bids by the response deadline (September 15, 2026, 4 PM PT).
• Follow all VA procurement policies and reporting requirements.
