Description
The Arlington County Government is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive custodial services for its government-owned and operated facilities. The services include routine cleaning, trash and recycling removal, restroom sanitation, floor maintenance, high-and low-dusting, and periodic deep cleaning. There are two service levels included in this contract: Full Service and Reduced Services.
• Routine cleaning and maintenance

• Periodic deep cleaning
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials to perform these services.
