Dietary Hood Cleaning

The State of Illinois Department of Corrections seeks a qualified contractor to provide semi‑annual dietary hood cleaning services at Hill Correctional Center. The work includes cleaning six commercial kitchen hoods, nine ducts, and six exhaust fans twice per year, providing documentation, safety data sheets, and ensuring compliance with prevailing‑wage and insurance requirements. No subcontracting is allowed, and all work must be performed after 4 p.m. on weekdays in the presence of the Facility Chief Engineer.
