The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole‑source contract for a Perpetual Video Module (Vision RT) to be installed at the VA Boston Healthcare System, Jamaica Plains Campus. The vendor will supply, install, activate, and integrate a postural video licensing solution with existing radiation oncology equipment, provide all software licenses, interface modules, activation keys, and deliver comprehensive testing, validation, and documentation while complying with cybersecurity and patient‑privacy regulations.
