Description
The Biloxi Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking a qualified, licensed, and insured vendor to provide comprehensive IT Managed Services for its operations. The contract will cover all aspects of information technology support, including network monitoring, help‑desk support, hardware and software maintenance, security management, and strategic IT planning. Proposals must be submitted in‑person, by courier, or mailed to the BHA office by the deadline, and a pre‑proposal meeting will be held to outline project expectations.
• Scope includes day‑to‑day IT support, system administration, cybersecurity, and ongoing maintenance.
• Vendor must be fully insured and hold all necessary licenses.
• Deliverables: service level agreements, response time metrics, regular reporting, and a transition plan.
• Submission deadline: September 29, 2026, 3:00 PM; pre‑bid conference on September 9, 2026, 2:00 PM.
• Proposals must be sealed with “RFP#ITS08.26‑IT Managed Services” on the exterior.
• Award will be based on best‑value evaluation.
