Description
Washtenaw Community College is seeking a qualified vendor to replace an R‑22 evaporator coil (model PR70MOP, Harford coil number H1795AC) in a walk‑in refrigerator and provide full installation services. The scope includes removal, refrigerant recovery, disposal of the old coil, installation of a new coil or equivalent, system leak testing, re‑charging with appropriate refrigerant, and final cleanup. All costs must be inclusive of shipping, handling, and delivery (Pre‑Paid FOB to the college), and taxes are to be excluded. The quotation must be submitted by September 22, 2026, and remain valid for 60 days.
