RFP NO. 26-18 Custodial Services

The City of Huntsville is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive custodial services for various city facilities. The services will include daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning requirements, such as light dusting, floor care, trash removal, and cleaning and disinfecting of doors, restrooms, and common areas. The vendor will be required to provide a detailed proposal, including pricing, experience, and qualifications. The city reserves the right to award the contract to the vendor that provides the best overall value. • The contract term will be from the award date through September 30, 2027, with four possible one-year renewal options. • The vendor will be required to provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability, commercial automobile liability, and workers' compensation insurance. • The vendor will be required to submit a conflict of interest questionnaire and a disclosure of interested parties form. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or defects in the proposals.
