Event Management Services

The Town of Herndon is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive event management services for two signature community events: the Fall Cultural Festival and the Winter Festival. The successful contractor will serve as the primary event management partner, overseeing all aspects of event planning, logistics, sponsorship, and execution. The contractor will be responsible for developing a per-event proposal for each festival, managing all logistical elements, and providing on-site event management staff. The contract may be expanded to include event management services for additional Town events. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed breakdown of individual service elements and associated costs.
