As-Needed Plumbing Parts and Repair Services

The Zone 7 Water Agency is seeking a qualified contractor to provide as-needed plumbing parts and repair services. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for an additional 2 years. The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive plumbing services, including inspection, cleaning, chain flail descaling, repair, and coating or sleeving of sewage drain piping systems at all Zone 7 Water Agency facilities. The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing repair services and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. • Inspection and assessment of existing sewage drain piping systems • Cleaning and descaling of drain piping using chain flail cleaning or equivalent high-speed rotary equipment • Coating or sleeving of cleaned sections to restore internal protection and extend service life • Repairs and replacements of defective sections, fittings, and joints • Associated work such as cleaning, repair, or replacement of manholes, cleanouts, and access ports • Safety and environmental compliance, including adherence to OSHA and facility-specific safety requirements
