26-022 Terminal Advertiser Concessionaire for Pensacola International Airport

Pensacola International Airport is seeking a qualified firm to develop, manage, sell, operate, and maintain a comprehensive terminal advertising program. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of airport advertising—including inventory analysis, sales of ad space, creative services, installation, maintenance, and revenue collection—beginning around June 1 2026. The scope covers both digital and static media throughout the terminal, requiring coordination with airport operations and compliance with FAA regulations. • Full‑service advertising program: market analysis, sales, design, production, installation, and ongoing maintenance. • Management of both digital (LED, LCD) and traditional static billboard/ signage inventory within the terminal. • Revenue collection, reporting, and compliance with airport security and FAA standards. • Coordination with airport stakeholders to align advertising with passenger flow and brand guidelines. • Requirement to begin service by early June 2026, with the possibility of extensions based on performance.
