Regulatory Signs

The Boone County Purchasing Department is seeking bids for a Term and Supply Contract for regulatory signs. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation services, and supervision to provide regulatory signs as directed by the Boone County Road and Bridge Department. The signs must meet the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) standards and specifications. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder who provides the greatest value to the County, considering factors such as price, quality, and service. • The contractor must provide a firm, fixed discount off their catalog price or MSRP for the signs and materials. • The County reserves the right to request samples of the signs and materials. • The contractor must deliver the signs and materials within 30 days of receipt of an order. • The contract will be governed by the standard terms and conditions of the County.
