Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Consultant Services for Existing Buildings, Facilities, Structures, Other Amenities and Proposed Construction Projects

The City of Laredo is seeking qualified firms to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Consultant Services for existing buildings, facilities, structures, and proposed construction projects. The selected firm will be required to provide design plans, specifications, reports, and estimates on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a two-year term with a possible two-year renewal, beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2030. • The scope of work includes preparing design plans, specifications, reports, and estimates for existing buildings, facilities, structures, and proposed construction projects. • The contract will be issued per project upon funding availability. • The selection of the most highly qualified professionals will be based on demonstrated competence, detailed credentials, and a statement of qualifications. • The City of Laredo reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals.
