Description
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking to procure a 12-Month contract for Dell PowerEdge R740 Support for server hardware and technical support. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering the price and evaluation factors. The scope of work includes providing Dell PowerEdge R740 Support, with a term date of 7/15/26 to 7/14/27. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer named in Section 1 and must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The contractor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped.
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer named in Section 1.
• The contractor must provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Manufacturer or Distributor if requested.
• The contractor must comply with the requirements of COMAR 21.05.13.06.
