Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking a project manager to support the Unified Communications, Collaboration, and Contraband Interdiction (UCCCI) unit. The project manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing solution implementations, directing project requirements definition, design, build, test, documentation, training, and installation. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining and operating the solutions. The scope of work includes project management planning, execution, controlling, reporting, and closing, as well as knowledge transfer and maintenance and operations.
• The project manager will work with the UCCCI unit to develop and implement solutions to support the department's business needs.
• The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all solutions are properly tested and documented.
• The project manager will work with the department's stakeholders to ensure that all solutions meet their needs and expectations.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing training and support to department staff on the new solutions.
• The project manager will ensure that all solutions are properly maintained and operated.
