Description
Integral Care is seeking proposals to provide food pantry operations support and onsite event services. The services include grocery retrieval, inventory management, delivery, unpackaging, shelving, and staffing of live pantry events. The contract is expected to begin on or about September 1, 2026, with an initial term of one year and up to three optional one-year renewals. The proposal must include a signed Assurances Document, a completed Rate Sheet, and other required attachments. The evaluation criteria include demonstrated competence, knowledge, qualifications, and reasonableness of the proposed fee.
• The proposal must be submitted electronically in a single PDF file by April 16, 2026 at 5:00 PM CDT.
• The proposal must include a completed Rate Sheet with pricing by service category and disclosure of all assumptions.
• The proposal must include a signed Assurances Document with assurances regarding non-discrimination, conflict of interest, and other matters.
• The proposal must include a completed Form CIQ, if required.
• The proposal must include a copy of the Proposer's Articles of Incorporation and 501(c)(3) certificate, if applicable.
