Description
The Plymouth-Canton Community Schools is seeking a vendor to operate the concession facilities at its three high schools for all home football games during the 2026, 2027, and 2028 football seasons. The vendor will be responsible for providing food and beverages, maintaining the concession facilities, and paying a monthly fee to the school district based on their gross profits. The school district is looking for a vendor that can provide a high-quality concession experience, maintain a clean and sanitary environment, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Some key requirements for the vendor include:
• Providing a minimum menu that includes pizza, hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, and other snacks
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Providing a staffing plan that demonstrates the capacity to cover all three stadiums simultaneously
• Submitting a sample menu with proposed pricing for all items
• Providing documentation of POS system experience, including credit card processing capability
