Custom Vertical Printed ID Name Badges

The City of Philadelphia Procurement Department is seeking bids for the provision of custom vertical printed ID name badges. The badges must be 4.75" x 6.5" with a glossy finish, have the same picture on the front and back, and be 1.0 mm thick PVC with an oval hole in the top of the card.
