Description
The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Voss Scientific, Inc. for the maintenance and updates of the CHICAGO suite software. The purchase will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement.
