Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations services for the New York State Fair and Fairgrounds

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is issued by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets (“the Department” or “AGM”) to invite qualified bidders (“Bidder”) to submit proposals for marketing, advertising, and public relations services to promote the annual Great New York State Fair, as well as to assist in the marketing of the Fairgrounds and its facilities to outside promoters for non-Fair events. The purpose of this RFP is to retain one Contractor to provide marketing, advertising, and public relations services for the State Fair and to market the year-round use of the Fairgrounds and its facilities. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Studio City Holdings Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) MBE Goal: 15.00% WBE Goal: 15.00% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise contracting goals (DBE) DBE Goal: 6.00%
