The Indian Health Service (IHS) Wagner Health Center is conducting a market‑research Sources‑Sought notice to gauge interest and capability for a one‑year, firm‑fixed‑price, non‑personnel contract providing annual help‑desk support, maintenance, and software updates for the Dentrix Enterprise electronic dental record system. The contractor must supply licensing, deliver on‑site support during regular business hours, produce monthly usage reports, and comply with HIPAA and privacy regulations.
