The California State Lottery Commission is seeking proposals for Email Platform Replacement Services. The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain proposals from qualified proposers to implement a more functional, robust, and advanced email platform that enables the Lottery to use email effectively and efficiently. The resulting contract from this solicitation will provide the Lottery with an email marketing and campaign management solution, including implementation services and ongoing customer support.
