KSU: Athletics Catering Services

Kennesaw State University Athletics Association is seeking a catering services provider to supply food, beverages, and labor for various athletic events, including football, basketball, baseball, and volleyball. The selected provider will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, delivery, setup, and cleanup. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with four optional one-year renewals. The estimated annual spend for catering services is between $90,000 and $100,000. Key requirements include: • Providing catering services for premium areas, including football suites, concourse suites, and loge seating • Supplying food, beverages, and labor for events • Maintaining a high level of quality and service • Complying with university policies and regulations • Providing a fidelity bond to protect against financial loss • Ensuring that all food is prepared offsite in a licensed facility and stored, transported, and served in compliance with temperature controls per FDA Food Code.
