Internet Service at Lufkin State Supported Living Center_V3

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Internet Service at Lufkin State Supported Living Center. The required services include internet connection with a minimum download speed of 40M and upload speed of 2M, maintenance and repairs, and labor, materials, and equipment. The contractor must have at least five years of relevant experience and provide a minimum of three verifiable references. The contract term is not specified, but the contractor must be able to perform services Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Central Time). • The contractor must respond to all service calls within four hours of HHS Agency request. • The contractor must provide services at no additional expense to the HHS Agency on state holidays. • The contractor must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience. • The contractor must provide documentation of experience and qualifications with the response.
