DoW National Geographic & Chilton Subscription Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source

The Department of War (DoW) and 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (772 ESS) intend to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to a single source for a subscription to Chilton’s Auto Repair Manuals and National Geographic (Magazine, Kids, People, Animal, World, and various media formats). The subscription should provide information on repairing over 2,600 latest to vintage vehicle makes and models with comprehensive automotive expertise, as well as full-text books, magazines, videos, maps, and National Geographic images. The period of performance shall be from 15 June 2026 to 14 June 2029. • The car repair database must be directed toward DIY repair and include information in full text, diagrams, specification tables, troubleshooting guides, photos, illustrations, multimedia, and ASE test prep. • National Geographic Kids must include the complete run of the magazine from the first issue in 2009 to the present and provide authoritative, age-appropriate digital content suitable for younger students in subjects like English Language Arts, social studies, and science. • The Government will consider responses received by 09 June 2026, 12:00 PM, CST for this notice. • Contractors must include specific information in their responses, such as points of contact, identification as a large or small business, and company CAGE Code and UEI.
