Audio Visual Services for Special Events

The Georgia Southern University is seeking a qualified supplier to provide audio visual services for commencement ceremonies and other events. The successful supplier will be required to provide all necessary lighting, rigging, sound, audio, and video production equipment along with personnel for commencement and other events. The contract will be for one year with four optional one-year renewals. • The supplier must provide services for Spring and Fall commencement ceremonies at Paulson Stadium, Jack and Ruth Ann Hill Convocation Center, and the Savannah Enmarket Arena. • The supplier must provide all necessary equipment and personnel for inside and outside AV production services. • A mandatory site visit will be held on April 23, 2026, at 9:00 AM. • The submission deadline is April 30, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET.
