Texas Tech University is seeking qualified, experienced proposers to provide comprehensive HVAC services—including design, installation, preventive maintenance, repair, and energy‑efficiency upgrades—for its large research campus and affiliated facilities. The contract will be awarded on a best‑value basis and will span up to five years (initial term up to four years plus optional one‑year renewals).
