Commercialization Voucher

NYSERDA is seeking an Implementation Manager to administer a voucher‑based commercialization program that will connect early‑stage clean‑energy startups in New York State with NYS‑based service providers for lab‑demo, manufacturing, certification, and permitting support. The awardee will design, manage, and report on the voucher program, including startup intake, provider recruitment, voucher processing, and performance tracking, while ensuring compliance with state laws and NYSERDA policies. The contract term is two years with up to two optional one‑year renewals. Four awards (one per topic area) are available, funded from a total pool of $5.775 M. • Administer NYSERDA’s voucher program – intake, matching, and fund disbursement to service providers. • Manage a network of NYS labs, manufacturers, permitting experts, and certification labs; oversee subcontractor performance. • Provide quarterly progress reports, final reporting, and compliance with NYSERDA’s legal, security, and accessibility requirements.
