Description
The State of West Virginia is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract for advertising services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to three successive one-year periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide a range of advertising services, including contract administration, account services, television production, radio production, outdoor advertising, media buys, print media, internet advertising, survey and analysis, and design and copy services.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
• The bidder must submit a signed bid, which includes all required documentation and information.
• The bidder must comply with all terms and conditions of the solicitation.
• The contract may be renewed upon mutual written consent of the agency and the vendor.
• The contract is subject to the terms and conditions of the State of West Virginia's purchasing division.
